On the way back from my cycle ride on the Marriott's way, I was hungry enough to try the fish and chips from the Larkman fish bar. I asked for a small cod and chips, what I received was a beautiful large fish, crispy chips, and the drool from vinegar and salt. This place is a jem! I'm going back to try some of the other things they serve. I think it could do with outdoor seating and I really think they should have a card machine, at this time its cash only! With the constant stream of customers that i saw as I munched away outside I'm not sure the quality is a secret to the locals! Great place will go again.

Tried for the first time Monday lunch time because my normal chippy wasn't open . It didn't dissapoint the fish and chips were bloody lovely I ate it all ! Portions were massive too . We really enjoyed would recommend 👌

I walk here most Friday lunchtime's & order for Dad & Me. We used to order 2 Cod & Chips but portions are so huge we now just share 1 Large Tail End Cod & 1 Medium Chips. The 2 ladies working here are really friendly & polite & they cook & serve piping hot, not greasy delicious tasting food. I sometime order an extra battered sausage or fishcake which I would also highly recommend. Just be aware no Card payments but Free cash machine right outside next door.

This is the BEST fish and chip shop in Norwich. The women staff are friendly and polite and work very hard. Superclean and airy. Been going for 20 years plus with Mark there before. A really good neighbourhood chippy.

I very rarely eat fish and chips takeaway but busy day yesterday. I had cod and chips regular size and small chips for £6.00. The cod was huge and I could have fed another person with the huge portion of chips. They were also very delicious. Social distancing very well thought out so no chance of the dreaded coronavirus. No way would I drive to this chippie on Larkman Lane, because of Aldi its a nightmare to park.

Best tasting fish we've had for a long while, could improve by letting the fish stand to allow excess oil to seep out, but otherwise, bloody lovely!!! Now my regular go to for a fish supper.

Went for the first time in years tonight. Friendly guy serving, chips were hot, tasty and there was plenty of them. Curry sauce was good too. We will definitely be going back.
